Creston is positioned between the East and West Kootenays on Hwy 3. As the geographical centre of the Kootenays, Creston is experiencing significant increase in economic development and is becoming increasingly popular as a tourist destination.
The Creston Valley has a temperate climate which plays a vital role in its economic well-being.
